Three Tenors Pass Second Voice Test

In January Caldicot Male Voice Choir was thrilled to welcome eight new potential choristers through its doors who all took their first voice tests to determine in which section they are best placed.

Such was their enthusiasm that it was on 20th March the first three of the eight passed their second voice test, namely top tenors Matthew Johns, Paul Light and second tenor Owen Johnson to become full members of the choir.

They were delighted on 27th March to be presented with a certificate and choir tie to welcome them into the choir by chairman Graham Hughes. This means that they are now eligible to take part in the Annual concert this coming weekend (March 31st and April 1st) and all future concerts to boost the tenor section.

We look forward soon to present the other newcomers to the choir with similar presentations in the near future. to further enhance the fabulous sound of the choir.
