Earlier this week I reported that we had a new chorister in 2nd tenor Alan Loy who was presented with his welcome pack at practice this Monday 18th April.
Even better, Ron Powell brought along his brother in law Darren Lloyd to have a listen to us and Russell Woodward also brought along his neighbour Stuart Parry. At half time both opted to take their voice tests with Siân in the back room and after both were sounded out, Siân was delighted to announce that Darren is a second tenor and Stuart is a bottom bass. Since both sections need a boost in numbers this was particularly good news.
We hope that Alan, Darren and Stuart as our newest recruits will enjoy a long and happy association with our choir. Welcome and many thanks for coming along, all three of you.
