On the 11 August we were given the sad news that Bunny had passed away. Bunny sang bottom bass with the choir but due to ill health had to stop. This however never prevented him or his lovely wife supporting the choir. They became vice presidents and attended not only our Gala and Annual concerts but also many social events and parties at the choir hall. I was very fortunate in joining the choir while Bunny was still singing and he was gentleman with his praise and encouragement for me in my early months. Bunny and Mitzy were so loving and dedicated to each other and at this time our thoughts and prayers are with Mitzy and her family.
