Caldicot Male Voice Choir, like all other choirs is always keen to welcome new members and on March 23rd Chairman Leon Jones and Assistant Musical Director Shirley Anne James were pleased to present new baritone chorister Chris Arnill with a certificate marking his achievement on passing his second voice test and a choir tie as recognition that he is now a full member of the choir.
Following his introduction to the choir by his friend Richard (Peggy) Mount, on March 9th Chris went into the backroom with Musical Director Sian Hatton to bravely sing the baritone part of ‘Cantique de Jean Racine’ to demonstrate that he had learned the principles of singing in a male voice choir.
Chris was delighted that he sang with the choir as a full member on the Vice President’s Evening on March 16th
