Youngest Chorister

The Choir was surprised and delighted  that we were joined by our newest recruit last week.  Luke Hart, a student at Caldicot Comprehensive School and a baritone, joined in practice last Monday and came again tonight.  He said he was thoroughly enjoying it and although he’d sung in some musicals where the emphasis was on acting, he was impressed by our singing in harmony and is looking forward to more.  He  will try to encourage a few of his mates at school to come.  He said they were a bit shy!  Siân welcomed him as the youngest member of the choir and probably the best looking!  Come on, Siân – just because he’s over 6ft tall, got a full head of hair and probably all his own teeth there’s no need to go that far.  Welcome Luke, and we look forward to recruiting many more lads of your generation.
