It was with sad regret that we learned of the sudden death of tenor Geoff Hallsworth on 15th September at Chepstow Hospital after a short illness. Geoff was well-known and liked both as a chorister and as the local barber for over 30 years and will be sorely missed. Our heartfelt sorrow and condolences go out to Maria and the family. His son, Matthew is courageously following in Geoff’s footsteps by joining the choir also as a tenor and we look forward to many years of his company.
Geoff’s funeral will take place on Friday 30th September 12 -00 midday at the Crematorium, Croesyceiliog.
