From ‘The Libretto’ – May 2010
I’ve produced a DVD called ‘Autumn Leaves’ as a follow-up to the ‘Four Songs’ one, which has now raised £100 for the Choir.
The ‘Autumn Leaves’ DVD contains nearly 300 photos of Caldicot, Tintern and the Wye Valley as far as Monmouth taken last October and November. These are backed-up by music extracted from the last two CD’s (‘The Dream Alive’ and the ‘Dream Lives On’) and the last Annual Concert. It lasts just over half an hour including special effects.
The DVD’s are priced at £5 and we have raised £300 for the choir after all expenses and the aim is to reach a minimum of £750. So if you would like to buy one or more, or think you can sell a few to friends, relatives and work-mates, see me at practice nights. Please make an effort to help me reach this target. If you’ve bought one and like it, don’t tell me – tell the others.
