Plans for our St David’s Day Concert at the Choir Hall are still on schedule and is in aid of The Teenage Cancer Trust Unit at The University of Wales Hospital in Cardiff. Ann Huxtable and many others at Teen Spirit work tirelessly to raise funds to support this very worthwhile unit which supports young people in Wales who are suffering the effects of having cancer to live as normal a teenage life as possible. About six young people a day are diagnosed with cancer in the U.K. and this must be really devastating for them and their families. Please come along to our concert and support Ann and the unit at Cardiff.
Not only is the Choir singing eighteen items, with some new pieces in preparation for its Annual Concert on 12th April, but we are extremely fortunate to present as guest artist, the delightful voice of Sophie White, a promising and talented local soprano.

The concert starts at 7-00pm (doors open at 6-30pm) and tickets may be available at the door, but to be absolutely sure of getting yours, phone or e-mail Anne. At the hall, there is a licensed bar at low prices and the choir has promised an ‘afterglow’ following the concert which is always well received. You’re welcome to join in if you like.
