Choir Hall Booking Form

Please use the form below to enquire about booking the choir hall for your birthday, charity event, wedding breakfast, corporate function etc.

Complete as many of the boxes as possible and click on SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.  An auto-populated email will appear in a new window, please check the content and then “send” the email in the normal manner. The e-mail will be sent directly to the Choir Secretary and Hall Booking Manager who will respond with a quotation at the earliest opportunity.

Important information you must agree on:

Payments made payable to Caldicot Male Voice Choir before the start of the event.

A deposit of £100 will be required until it is decided by the hall management that no damage has been incurred and specifically the hall is left in its original pre-event condition both inside and outside on Choir grounds. Extensive damage to fixtures and fittings will be dealt with by the committee and necessary action taken.

All food waste must be bagged and taken away immediately after the event or before 10.45am the next day. Failure to comply with this will result in a fee of £25.

No helium balloons, no party poppers are permitted and all coloured serviettes and table-cloths are to be of “non-run” quality in order to protect our flooring.

No sexually explicit shows (strippers etc.) will be accepted.

Only drinks purchased at the Hall bar may be consumed unless by prior arrangement.
